how far in advance do i need to place an order?

We recommend you place an order as soon as your event date is confirmed (especially if it lands on a weekend or holiday). However orders may be added up to 7-10 days before the order date. Do not hesitate to check with us to see if we can accommodate a specific date!

Delivery zone is 30 min or 15 mile radius from 07109 area code.

Delivery fee is based on location, venue parking availability, order size and/or required set up.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL/MODIFY MY ORDER?

Orders canceled with more than one week’s notice are eligible for a full refund. Orders canceled within one week of the fulfillment date are non-refundable, you may either use your credit towards another order or change the date.

All modifications (including size, flavor, design, pickup date, or time) must be finalized 8 days prior to fulfillment date.

how Should I store & serve my baked goods?

All cakes , cupcakes and cookies are best served at room temperature.

CAKES & CUPCAKES. all are stored in the refrigerator before pickup/delivery to ensure smooth transportation. However, please atleast 3 hours for cake / 90 min for cupcakes to come to room temperature before serving.

**cake leftovers . to ensure a moist cake, store in airtight container or cover exposed sides with saran wrap (cake only).

COOKIES, BROWNIES & RUM CAKE. should be transferred & stored in to an airtight container and kept at room temperate (ideally a cool, dry place)
